visit lovers beach

The name say's it all. However, don't be fooled this small beach is not always quiet and romantic. Given its popularity this beach is normally busy with couples and folks looking to sit on white sand while enjoying the idea of being on "lovers beach." Unless you like scaling over rocks, the only way to get there is by a small boat (approx. $10 for a roundtrip). You should plan a half day trip to this beach which is right next to "El Arco." For starts, pack plenty of sun screen because the beach is very exposed to the beautiful but hot sun. Second, there are no bathrooms so plan accordingly for longer breaks and finally bring some liquids to stay hyrdrated or even a large umbrella for shade. A quick dip in the water will help keep you cool.

visit land’s end (el arco)

This very famous rock formation attraction is located at the southernmost tip of Cab San Lucas between Lovers Beach and Beach Divorcio. This attraction dates back 100’s of years and once used by pirates and sailors as a point of reference while trading and sailing up and down the pacific. The locals call it “El Arco” or in English “The Arch” because the rocks form an arch formation. A very favorite spot for the romantic types because of its tranquil and private setting, including very few vendors making it feel like you are away from the big crowds. Also a terrific spot for viewing and unobstructed view of the sunset or even a great diving spot for underwater viewing.  You can easily spend half day to a full day here on this lovely beach area.
